In 1988, Kenneth Wood Sr. founded this company right here in Westborough, Massachusetts — with a simple mission: deliver honest, expert plumbing and heating service to the families and businesses he called neighbors. What began as a one-man operation has grown into one of the region's most respected plumbing and heating companies, and it has stayed in the family every step of the way.
Kenneth Wood Jr. grew up in the trade alongside his father, learning the craft from the ground up. After more than 20 years in the business, Ken Jr. now runs the day-to-day operations — while Ken Sr. remains actively involved, still showing up to jobs and passing along the values he built this company on. Two generations, one standard of excellence.
Today, Mass Plumbing Pros — operating as KWP Heating Inc. — serves Central MA, South Coast Massachusetts, and all of Cape Cod. We've installed hundreds of heating systems, repaired thousands of plumbing problems, and responded to countless after-hours emergencies across the region. The Wood family philosophy has never wavered: show up, do the job right, and treat every customer with respect.
